1. In the app (immediate)
- Open Astro9 on your phone or at astronineai.com and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm it is you, with your password, an SMS code, or a fresh Google sign-in.
The deletion is immediate and permanent. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
2. By email
If you cannot sign in, write to spilltv11@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number on your account. We will verify it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
Your profile, birth details and saved charts, bookings, consultation messages and session records, pooja and seva bookings, reviews, addresses and order history. For practitioners, the provider profile and its KYC documents too.
4. What we keep
- Payment and invoice records we are required to keep for tax and accounting — normally 8 years under Indian law.
- Reports you made about others, detached from your identity, so the evidence is not lost.
- A one-way fingerprint of your email address and the date of deletion, so we can confirm the deletion if you ask. It cannot be turned back into your address.
