In short. Astro9 Bazaar delivers within India. Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above, and ₹49 below that. Orders usually reach you within [5–8 business days].
We deliver to addresses in India only. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will tell you before dispatch and refund the order in full.
The delivery charge is shown in the price breakdown before you pay.
These are estimates. Festivals, weather and courier delays can push them back. You can follow your order's status under Orders in the app.
If a parcel arrives damaged, opened or with the wrong item, do not throw the packaging away — photograph it and write to us within [7 days] of delivery. Replacements and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after dispatch, write to us and we will trace it with the courier.
Poojas and temple sevas are services, not shipped goods. A pandit visits the address you give at the booked time, and a seva recording, where included, is delivered in the app.
